In Sickness & In Health,  That’s when you should come in for a massage! Unless it is viral, massage helps your body purge the crud – all sorts of – even hangovers! So make that appointment… keep that appointment, you’ll get well sooner. SPA / MASSAGE CHAINS are different. The Therapist is not allowed to take the time and talk to you about your needs, if you are asked at all. They are paid very little to a good bit of work! Your tips matter for them. At the same time, for many, it’s a job, not a passion or career, you will not feel it in their hands. I hear that detailed or focused work is not what you get at a chain spa. They do not have the time… are not able to give… ‘caring’ time.

Obviously, what spas offer, the pampering, is what many seek, but at the same time, many have never experienced a massage from an independent worker, to know there is a difference. BONUS….
