We also provide home health services to people who want to reclaim their lives and everyday activities in the place that is most comfortable to them…..HOME. The goals and outcomes we establish post-evaluation are unique to each patient based on the home setting. Home health services are provided to residents of both Dade and Broward County. As part of our specialization in senior wellness and geriatric rehabilitation, we also offer free exercise classes at the Robert Sharp Towers twice a month. In addition to this, we recently partnered with the YMCA to facilitate having a therapist onsite for those YMCA members who need therapy at a gym or want to attend a geriatric exercise class that we would oversee.

Our practice allows us to create a one-on-one relationship with our patients and their families. This relationship is based on trust and a deep appreciation for the therapeutic treatment plans required to improve the activities of daily living and the road to recovery.
