Mind Over Matter Services is a mental health agency dedicated to healing the community one person at a time. MOMS is run by Dr. Hyacynthia M. Leonce-James a Professional Psychologist.

Her specialty is Forensic Psychology and Marriage Counseling. Dr. Leonce has a passion for working with couples to help strengthen the family unit hence her motto, “A strong community is only as strong as the family unit.”
